1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Manso Fitness RGV website at mansofitnessrgv.com and purchasing any of our services — including meal prep plans, training programs, coaching, or merchandise — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

Manso Fitness RGV provides the following services through this website:

• Meal Prep Plans: Weekly chef-prepared, macro-balanced meals available for pickup or delivery in the Rio Grande Valley
• Training Programs: Digital fitness programs available for immediate download upon purchase
• Online Coaching: Month-to-month 1-on-1 coaching with Coach Luis Miguel, delivered via the Hevy app
• Nutrition Guides: PDF documents covering macro tracking, supplement protocols, and meal templates
• Merchandise: Manso Fitness branded apparel and accessories

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to applicable Texas sales tax (8.25%). Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.

Orders are confirmed via email after successful payment. Manso Fitness RGV reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Meal Prep Service Terms

The following terms apply specifically to meal prep plan purchases:

• Meals are freshly prepared weekly. After placing your order, we will contact you to confirm preferences, dietary restrictions, and pickup or delivery details
• Meals should be refrigerated upon receipt and consumed within 3–5 days. Seafood should be consumed first. Most dishes can be frozen for up to two weeks
• Order cutoff for the following week is Sunday at 8:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available cycle
• To skip or cancel a week, notify us before the Sunday midnight cutoff. We cannot issue refunds for missed cancellation windows once preparation has begun
• Manso Fitness RGV is not liable for allergic reactions arising from undisclosed dietary restrictions. It is your responsibility to accurately complete the health questionnaire

5. Digital Products

Training programs and nutrition guides are delivered digitally. Upon purchase confirmation, access or download instructions will be provided. All digital products are non-refundable once delivered, as they are immediately accessible upon purchase.

6. Coaching Services

Online coaching is billed monthly with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Coaching services are delivered through the Hevy app. Access to the coach invite link is provided after checkout. Refunds for the current billing period are not available once the coaching cycle has begun.

7. Refund Policy

• Meal Prep Plans: Refunds are available if you cancel before preparation begins (before the Sunday cutoff). No refunds after preparation has started
• Digital Products: Non-refundable once downloaded or accessed
• Coaching: Non-refundable for the current billing month once the cycle begins
• Merchandise: Eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt if the item is unworn and in original condition. Contact us to initiate a return

8. Promotional Codes & Rewards

Promo codes are single-use unless otherwise specified and cannot be combined with other offers. The 20% new client discount applies to your first order only and must be mentioned when we contact you after checkout. Rewards points are non-transferable, have no cash value outside the platform, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

9. Health Disclaimer

Manso Fitness RGV's meal prep plans and training programs are designed for generally healthy adults. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Before beginning any new nutrition or exercise program, consult with a qualified healthcare provider, particularly if you have existing medical conditions, food allergies, or dietary restrictions.

Results vary by individual. Manso Fitness RGV makes no guarantee of specific fitness or weight-loss outcomes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, training programs, nutrition guides, and design — is the property of Manso Fitness RGV or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. The website platform and its code are developed and owned by Unity Tech RGV.

11. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. Manso Fitness RGV is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to keep credentials confidential. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manso Fitness RGV and Unity Tech RGV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hidalgo County, Texas.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
