Every week, our chefs prepare your meals using fresh ingredients, portioning them out to meet specific macro requirements. Your meals are then delivered or made available for pickup, so all you have to do is heat and eat.
Our meals are prepared fresh and are designed to last 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator. We recommend consuming seafood dishes first. Each container is airtight to maintain flavor and nutritional integrity. If you find you can't get to a meal in time, most of our dishes are freezer-friendly for up to two weeks.
Absolutely. We offer various plans including Low-Carb, High-Protein, and Vegetarian options. While we take great care to prevent cross-contamination, please be aware that our meals are prepared in a facility that handles nuts, gluten, and dairy. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us directly before ordering.
For the best results, we recommend microwaving your meals for 2 to 3 minutes with the lid slightly cracked to allow steam to escape. If you prefer using an oven, transfer the food to an oven-safe dish and heat at 350°F (175°C) for about 10–15 minutes or until the internal temperature is to your liking.
We believe in flexibility. You can pause, skip a week, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Just make sure to make any changes before our weekly cutoff time (e.g., Friday at midnight) to ensure your request is processed before the next cooking cycle begins.
